This is a rebranding project for Gyeongbokgung Palace, the main royal palace of the Joseon Dynasty in Korea. Aimed at a younger audience in their 20s and 30s, the project breaks away from traditional, historical imagery and reimagines the palace with a vibrant, youthful identity. The logo is inspired by the aerial layout of the palace, constructed using the Korean letters for “경복궁,” with curved lines referencing its iconic rooftops. A vivid color palette and visual elements drawn from palace architecture and artwork help bring new energy to this cultural landmark.
